So the NFL has declared former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor eligible for Monday’s supplemental draft (that was supposed to be yesterday, but was postponed). That in itself is a bit of a surprise. Pryor was not eligible for the supplemental draft when he first left Ohio State, because he had not yet been suspended(…)
