Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid Channles His Inner Bryce Harper
Last week Washington Nationals rookie phenom Bryce Harper came up with one of the years best wisecracks, when responding to a reporter who had seemed to ask him a dumb question.
The comment is particularly funny (and self-aware for such a youngster) when you realize that Bryce Harper is a nineteen year old Mormon who plays the game with a Bible verse written inside his baseball cap. I mean, he’s so straight-laced he wouldn’t even play bingo at www.partybingo.com. Well it turns out that the phrase “That’s a clown question, bro” has made it’s way through out Washington, and now even Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has gotten in on the party …. Senator Reid is actually from Nevada, where Harper was born. Go figure.
