Scottie Pippen making a VERY Bold Statement
Now if Bugs is coming through with that "Secret Stuff" MJ would definitely hit the century mark
Scottie Pippen has officially lost it. Appearing on the Dan Patrick Show, Scottie claimed that Michael Jordan could score 100 points in a current NBA game. I assume Scottie meant if you took Jordan in his prime and put him a current game. His reasoning is that “the game now is so offensively driven. It’s so easy for an offensive player to keep his aggressiveness…” He also claimed that if Jordan could play today he could average 40 or 50 points a game.
Scottie we all know you love MJ, I mean who doesn’t wanna be like Mike; but Come On Man (Keyshawn Johnson voice). No doubt that MJ was the greatest basketball player to hit the floor, but 100 points? Only Wilt Chamberlain has scored 100 points and that was because he played against 5-10 white dudes. So unless MJ was going to play the Indiana Pacers on a night that Roy Hibbert has the flu, I don’t see a 100 point effort.
