Scottie Pippen Claims LeBron James is “Greatest Player to Ever Play the Game”

Scottie Pippen should not only have his speaking privileges taken away from him, but MJ should publicly pimp slap Scottie on National television after Scottie’s comments in regards to LeBron James and MJ on Mike and Mike…

“Michael Jordan is probably the greatest scorer to ever play in the game, but I may go as far to say LeBron James is probably the greatest player to ever play the game.”

Scotty you sure those Market America vitamins aren’t getting to your head buddy…either that or your ass is smoking too much of that Peyote (alla Phil Jackson) cause how in the hell is LeBron James a better player at this point in his career than Michael Jordan.? How is a man that has yet to win a game in a NBA Finals already considered the greatest player to play a game that has seen tons of legends?

There ya go Scottie...keep promoting, keep that mouth shut and show everyone how white your fake teeth are...

And out of all people why would you compare LeBron James to the real greatest player and probably greatest American competitor of All-Time in Michael Jordan

LeBron James may be a better facilitator than Michael Jordan, but that is it. MJ was a better scorer, a more refined jump shooter, better defender/9-time All-NBA Defensive First Team (LeBron 3), most ridiculous playoff performers ever: MJ had 30 playoff games scoring 40-49 pts, and the stat that LeBron can’t touch is MJ has 6 rings with 6 Finals MVP…are you kidding me (Jim Mora Voice) Scottie.

Then Scotty says, “I have never seen a player that can dominate a game the way LeBron James can….When the game is on the line and you need a shot to be made, he is going to make that play and he is shown that throughout this series.”

So LeBron James makes clutch baskets against the Celtics and Bulls in 2011…and all of a sudden he is the guy who makes shots when the game is on the line. The guy has been in the league for 7 years and the only clutchness I can think of is the last two series of this season. He has never won a game in the NBA Finals. To talk like this about him is not only absurd but someone should honestly bring Scottie on the Dr. Phil or something…

After LeBron James wins multiple titles and hits game winners to win NBA Titles then you can say something. But at this point in his career LeBron James has proved that he is only one of the more gifted and talented basketball players to ever play the game, and MAYBE in the top 10; but not close to “THE GREATEST” yet.

I think what people forget when they judge “Greatest” is not only a player’s ability as an athlete on the playing field and what they are capable of doing, but more than that is their will to compete, desire to win, and ability to be clutch in tense moments. LeBron hasn’t even come close to proving he is that sort of competitor yet.

Plus what about LeBron joining forces with the great Dwyane Wade, and a proven All-Star in Chris Bosh in order to get him to the next level of his game. Not many other greats have done that in order to be great. There are just way too many questions still left on the table with LeBron James that to call him the greatest player based on his abilities on the court, at this point, is just plain old stupid (Lieutenant Dan voice).

So Scottie, stick to promoting vitamins and making protein shakes, cause you are an idiot…
