Referee Hit In The Head With A Beer, Did He Flop?

Some random soccer match between St Pauli and FC Schalke (no idea who or where they are) was suspended after a fan decided to chuck a glass filled with beer at one of the referee’s.

The referee decided to suspend the match as a precautionary measure.

Now I ask you all to watch the video and decide for yourselves, was this a hard hit or a FLOP by the ref?
