Jack McKeon’s Awesome Nickname For Logan Morrison
Jack McKeon’s Florida Marlins are only 2-3 since he took over on Monday, but his old ass has made his presence felt already. After benching his superstar shortstop’s lazy ass for being late to the stadium on his first day taking over, Hanley Ramirez has responded by going 7-16 with 4 RBI’s.
His team is playing better and are certainly buying into his old school mentality. He and outfielder Logan Morrison, seem to be getting along as well, despite LoMo’s obsession with a certain social media outlet.
Morrison tweeted this Wednesday night:
Well it turns out McKeon was finally caught up on what twitter really was and actually has nicked named LoMo- “Twitter.” Take a look at what McKeon said when talking about Morrison’s recent struggles.
“Try something different. Give ‘Twitter’ a rest,” McKeon said. “Maybe it will calm him down, and he will relax a little” [MLB.com].
If McKeon can get Twitter-dee(LoM0) and Twittle-Dumb(Hanley Ramirez’s lazy ass) on track…he’s gotta chance to hang around in a weak National League….if he doesn’t keel over first.
