Brandon Davies suspended from BYU for engaging in sexual relations with his girlfriend. You Kiddin Me?
Sophomore Brandon Davies was suspended from Brigham Young University (BYU) on Tuesday for engaging in sexual relations with his own GIRLFRIEND. Now if you don’t know anything about BYU I’ll break it down:
Brigham Young University is a private university whose motto is “The glory of God is intelligence.” The school is owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and is America’s largest religious university.

The BYU Honor Code: states that students must not engage in premarital sex and instructs them to “live a chaste and virtuous life.” Student must also be honest, abstain from alcoholic beverages, tobacco, tea (haha), coffee and substance abuse; as well as attend church regularly (Now I know why Steve Young is such a Ween).
Since Charlie Sheen is unemployed he should make a movie about visiting BYU. HAHA #WINNING
When I heard that Davies was suspended I assumed it was criminal in nature. I thought either he a) pulled a Cam Newton and stole a laptop or b) pulled a Cam Newton and received improper benefits.
But suspended for “engaging in sexual relations” with your own girlfriend? Come on now. I understand that you sign a Code of Conduct and have rules (yadda yadda), but this was Davies’ first offense and he was sincere enough to tell officials the truth and not force them to get into a long investigation. These relgious people have officially LOST IT.
Worst part for BYU is that Davies was a vital part of the Cougars front court and dents their chances of making a splash in this years’ March Madness. The 3rd ranked Cougars (27-2) were also upset in their first game without Davies; losing to unranked New Mexico 82-64.
Davies averaged 11.1 points per game and led the team in rebounding at 6.2/game. He also led the Cougars in field goal percentage at 52.5 %.
Davies you should’ve pulled a Bill man….
